New! Mindfulness Group
Mindfulness, and especially mindful self-compassion, has been scientifically proven to boost brain health, reduce anxiety and even strengthen relationships. I’ll be offering a once weekly mindfulness group via Zoom beginning Tuesday September 15, 2020. If you’d like to participate, please register here and you will receive the link via email.
The format of the group will be a 20-40 minute gathering with like-minded women. Each meeting will include a check-in, a mindfulness experience and an exercise to do at home during the week. One resource we will use is the Mindful Self-Compassion Workbook by Kristin Neff and Christopher Germer. This is available on Amazon, by clicking this link.
If you are able to commit to yourself or the group, please do! However, compassion helps us accept that our best is good enough, so please come whenever you are able.
